Worst body shop experience I’ve ever had. They’re backed up. I didn’t have my car for 6 months. When I got my car back they did not fix everything, I had to go back about 10 times to show them mistakes they made. Thankfully they fixed them, but if I did not notice they would have left my car in bad shape. This shop is unresponsive and does not provide updates. I will never go back to them and recommend every one not to. The owner is a nice guy but he takes more work he can’t complete. Don’t take new cars when you’re backed up. They have so many cars to work on that they miss issues with my brand new 2022 Audi. They even installed the headlight incorrectly. Didn’t provide a molding that my insurance paid for (I had to remind them multiple times that it was missing) Not a good business. Go somewhere else

Mac Collision did not only fix my car, but the customer service from day one was amazing. They do keep you updated and work with the customer at every needy question. From the accident till the final pick up seeing my truck I was in shock my truck looks like it came out the show room. Thank you to Jaime for speaking to me from the first day I walk in and I can’t forget Kayla who also answered all my questions. Thank u to the team who work on my vehicle as well.   I own a BMW and as everyone knows bmw parts are expensive as well as labor for it. For that reason I’m very careful as to where I take my car for any type of repair. I’ve had two incidents where I really needed to have my car taken care of professionally and I have taken my car to MAC Auto Collision. Both times I have to say they have been friendly responsive and have done an amazing job at taking care of the issues with my car and dealing with my insurance as well. These guys are professional, very helpful and their secretaries are also so nice and willing to answer any questions. The owner Jaime such a wonderful guy, he makes sure you are a happy customer and that you most definitely will be coming back. Recently my car had a big issue and I needed towing as well as repairs and they helped me with towing as well as repairs. I was so stressed out with the insurance towing which was taking sooo long but when I contacted MAC AUTO they came to the rescue and made the process so easy for me and the tow truck arrived within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them as they’ actually care to help their customers and they have good work ethic. Thank you MAC Auto, I now have my car and it’s working back to normal. Oh and did I mention they also give you lifetime warranty on their work which I think is fantastic and goes to tell you they’re very legit. Sincerely one Happy Customer
