3. Coordinate Temporary Transportation
Mackin’s is happy to make rental-car arrangements on your behalf, or you can take advantage of our free courtesy shuttle service that will transport you directly to your home or office.
4. Disassemble Damaged Areas
At Mackin’s, every repair begins with a disassembly of all collision-impacted areas, which allows us to identify any hidden damage. If we discover any additional necessary repairs, we’ll contact you immediately to answer your questions and won’t proceed without your approval.
5. Correct Body and Frame Damage
Our skilled Tesla certified team uses the highest quality tools and equipment to straighten the frame, repair or replace the bumper and fender, and fix major and minor dents on your Tesla.
6. Refinish Car Exterior
After we’ve conducted a final inspection of repairs to ensure a perfect fit, we’ll get to work on refinishing your Tesla using environmentally friendly paint from BASF and our computer-assisted color matching technology.
7. Clean Up and Return to Owner
Once refinishing is complete, we’ll reinstall any body panels and trim accessories that were disassembled before washing and vacuuming your entire car so it looks good as new as you drive it home! We’re always available to answer any questions you have about the work we performed.
