I recently had a fantastic experience at this auto shop. They did a stellar job fixing our Model Y Tesla – the work was impeccable. Not only did they complete the repairs beautifully, but they also managed to do it in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.
What set this auto shop apart was their excellent communication throughout the entire process. Kayla, the receptionist, went above and beyond to keep me informed at every step. She was not only friendly and patient but also highly professional. Her regular updates, whether through calls or messages, gave me peace of mind and showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I also had the opportunity to visit my car during the repair process, and the staff was accommodating and welcoming. Jesus, in particular, was kind and patient with my husband and me, ensuring we felt reassured that our vehicle was in good hands.
Overall, I am highly impressed with the service and professionalism of this auto shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a body shop. Thanks to the entire team for a job well done!

  The team here is great! I come here whenever I need my car fixed which is sadly been a few times but the Mac Auto team are efficient, affordable, and communicative. I worked with Jaime mostly so go see him!
