The service here is excellent! I always have anxiety dealing with autobody shops but the team helped me immediately to figure out the best price and fastest option to fix my car. Cathy very quickly paired me with Jesus who very kindly helped me resolve everything and get me what I needed! Incredible team and people. I am sending my friends here and want to be able to recommend to others because it is rare to find this genuine care!

  I was rear ended and moved about 100 ft in March. I had heard of this collision repair site from Smoochy on La Mega 96.3fm. Since the moment I called Cathy, from the office was amazing. She answered all my questions and Keyla dealt with the other parties insurance and mine to get my car taken care of. Every time I had a question and called they were super friendly and both Cathy and Keyla left me at ease with answering any doubts and questions. The process was a bit long due to the other parties Insurance but my attorney got them moving and the shop was finally able to start on repairs. Without a doubt when I picked up my car it was left as if it was brand new! Jaime was great with the attention to detail and they even detailed my car inside and that I am super thankful for.   I’m a busy person but leaving a review for this Auto Shop is necessary. I cannot let go without others know that this place left my vehicle like brand new! Their customer service and attention to details are impressive; I never had to worry about a thing among other services, they had someone picking me up to get my rental, also when my vehicle was done, I simple left my rental there and drive my newly fixed vehicle!
Also, I never had to call them for the status of my vehicle because they have a texting app that keeps you posted along the process of the repairs done and status, if you needed more time, they called your insurance to make sure rental was extended.
I was just working and doing my daily routine like if I never had an accident!
I want to give a big thanks to Jaime the owner and Kayla his assistant and literally the whole team because they’re awesome! they treated me like a family and that is something I can never paid enough!
